ok... i think i get it... you are making a trade that would either make your team or his team illegal... and since we do weekly lineups, it would be a trade for NEXT week...

if you change up the trade to make it work, then it would work...

Ohh I thought it was giving me an error bc the trade would occur after the deadline technically...ok that makes sense. I will fix

I am trading 2 for 2 though, this should work. That message does not say anything about having an illegal roster, it says something about the trade deadline....

well, i am now puzzled too... tried making a trade with you just to see if it would go through... it didnt...

so it says i would need to renew the league, but you cant create a 2022 league yet... so...

Ohh can you extend deadline a couple days or week? Then just switch back after I offer the trade...

If you can't extend, no worries. I probably shouldn't wait till the last couple of days to trade anyway but at season end it just popped in my mind.

It seems the finals is a two week/no lineup changing week.
That is probably why it won’t allow a trade that would take effect after the season.

Sept 22 is kind of late for a deadline. We should probably change that next year.

but i do ask for someone to be a co-commisioner... last year was tough for me in fantasy baseball, lost interest in all my leagues and even abandoned almost all my teams... i never do that...
