I sure hope not! Spent half of a Spring Training listening to reasons why Sac Bunts shouldn't be worth more than HBP. If Id hung up it only would have made it worse.

Out of the hundreds of points that were made, I understood "Sacs are outs, HBPs are base runners." It was over 1/2 a point I believe, maybe a 1/4 point. Plate appearances were worth 1/10 of a point.....

And I really just wanted to see Dillon Gee's curveball.

I would be on the sac bunt side- and i would think sac bunts should be given more points than a sac fly or any other sacrifice... But you need to know when to fight a battle... And it is not when the other one is actually doing something...
