Sporting a Yankee cap......Thats only because Tommy lives here most of the time
I understand there is a group of fans who are scared of anyone from the Belichick tree. That's fine. I'm just not one of them.
McDaniels did pretty well in Denver. If the media wasn't a bunch of Christianphobic stalkers, both him and Tebow may have had a different careers.
McDaniels failed due to his ego and no other reason. He took over a team with a good offense at the time and traded away all the talent because he wanted to prove he could do it with his guys. Then he proved in the draft that "His Guys" lacked elite talent.
Maybe the Broncos experience humbled him a bit.
Does Mcdaniels strike you as a leader of men? He may be a great X's and O's guy, but he worries me in terms of getting respect from players, especially when things are going bad
And going 11-17 in Denver is not doing "pretty well"I think almost any team would be lucky to have him as the OC. He is not Head Coach material.
