Matt Flynn will be looking for work but will he find it?

Scott Tolzien will be signing a $1.375 million cntract so it appears Matt Flynn is done. Can he only operate in the Packer system or will some other team take a chance on him at all?

Maybe the Vikings will call him?

I think so, but it will take a team that is familiar with him and uses the style he uses.

The Patriots just signed him and I think he's a reasonable guy to bring in given the circumstances but I think we all know by now he's not a starter in the NFL. My questions as a Pats fan would be: can he grasp the O in-time to be effective if Brady is on the sideline, and/or can he come-in and play/start well enough to win in the short term? As a veteran pick-up, Flynn may end up checking those boxes (I stress 'may') but based on what I've seen he's not a solution long-term.

where do you get that this is going to court ?? ha ha ahh the only people that can fire goodel is the 32 team owners and they like him he makes them money .. but you just hold on to your pipe dreams for as long as you want and we will all see brady after a 4 game suspension is served by him

I don't see how RG can reduce the penalty without some solid evidence that would convince the public that he was innocent, and that is not going to happen....There is too much evidence that says he is guilty and he will not turn over the phone texts for obvious reasons...
If RG caves on this one, it will snowball with every fine and suspension given hereafter and the race card will be played immediately....
You know they don't want that !!
Brady would do well to just take his medicine like a man and let this thing die, but he is a whining mamma's boy and don't really know how to do that...IMO.

That can't be right. In an earlier thread one of the Patriot fans said Brady will not be suspended.

I think BB should consult them before really committing to this.

Brady can argue 4 games is unfair and Goodell could agree. If not it can go to court and a judge can agree 4 games is too much.

If Goodell doesn't reduce the suspensions enough and Brady takes it to court AND THE NFL LOSES.. AGAIN. The owners may not be so thrilled have Goodell embarrass the NFL once again. So far every time a player has taken this to real courts the NFL has lost. Maybe this is different but maybe it's not.

Come on. It's not like another commissioner couldn't easily make billions for the NFL. You and I could both do a great job just as easily. EASILY.
