Matt Flynn an interesting fellow!

Maybe the only Qb in history to sign a big deal and get beat out by the back up and then get traded and sign another big deal and then yet again get bet out by the back up.

Well, now it looks like this guy will finally, maybe, get a chance to show us what he can do in a "real game".

All thought he has only played in a few games as a back up, he does share the all time single season passing record for passing yardage in one game.

Something is telling my he is ready to go! After two years of high expectations only to be sat down on the bench (even though he got a nice check each time to do so) I think has to be feeling a bit PO'ed and have a major chip on his shoulder. A good receipt (chef correct me if that word is wrong) for a big performance.

I am going on record and saying if he starts he puts up some great numbers. Oh and I should mention the Redskins havn't stopped anyone. Still I am curious to see what he could this game and the games in the future if he can get the start after this that is if he even starts this game.

I however think he'll suck balls. Maybe not this week, but there's a reason he got beat out by two rooks the last two years.

Against a flat prevent defense. .not impressed.

Give that Oakland line a couple stunts or blitzes and watch Flynn get absolutely buried. The only reason Pryor is able to do anything is because he runs for his life every other play.
Even if Flynn starts, he won't do all that great, even against the Skins.

Sam you just mad me laugh at them too, lol. Guess treff would know beings a Raider and all but Im hoping to see him start because Id be very curious to see what happens. I mean ever since that crazy packer game where he broke single game records I have been quietly yearning to see what he does in his next game but the poor guy cant get a start in going on two year now lol.

I think getting beaten out by Wilson and then a supplemental 3rd rd Pryor pretty much proved beyond argument, that Flynn's day had more to do with system and a caught off guard defense, than it did with Flynn being some sort of stud.
