I'm not sure we'll go in for him. We might but I have a hard time seeing spending $100MM plus for a position that looks pretty deep in our minors. We'll see...

I believe he has to choose who he will negotiate with before negotiations begin. So he has to pick the Yankees or the Dodgers, or the Giants (or whomever) and then that team has exclusive rights to him.

With the Spanks openly saying they will pay him the moon, there is no way in hell he would pick the Giants. Aint gunna happen.
