The DUI is better than Elvis Dumervil flashing a freakin handgun in Florida. The dude could go to prison for 5 years.

There is an updated story out there somewhere suggesting now that things didn't go down quite as the first reports indicated - It appears it is going to become a he-said/she-said on whether or not Dumbassville actually brandished a weapon.

Well that is cool if he didn't, but a guy that big shouldn't even need to haul out a pistol to intimidate anyone. If he carries a gun it should just be to defend himself from zombies or other people with weapons.

An incident report released by the California Highway Patrol on Tuesday described Lynch driving a Ford Econoline van and having two near collisions with two other vehicles driving in adjacent lanes.

Since no one was injured, I vote this as the saddest part of the story.

This actually may be a huge blow to Seattle because he's already had a 3 game suspension so he's probably staring at a 4-6 game suspension for this one depending on Goodell's mood and considering how half the league has DUIs he's probably not in a good one.
