Good questions.

I think the only course of action is to cancel or suspend all games. Some of these guys are from states that finally seem to have the virus under control, those state governments wouldn't want to have another outbreak because the players are bringing it in. Most places have a 14-day or 10-day quarantine period when you travel there from another state. The baseball schedule doesn't allow for that.

Yes, this is what I was thinking. Quarantine anyone who has tested positive. Anyone who tests negative can continue participating in games. Bring in the necessary players and coaches.

If not all teams play the same amount of games, they could just go by winning percentage. Wouldn't be the first time. They did this after the '81 strike. Albeit, under different circumstances.
