I believe MLB knew too about the few players. Its not like they were hiding anything. MLB is just as fault in my understanding. So there won't be any kind of punishment.

You're right. If they forfeited the whole series the Orioles would be 6-1. They can't have that

NASCAR has done a pretty good job, Jimmie Johnson is the only driver to test positive and he only missed one race, but totally different thing with team sports.

NFL will work. Very little travel and large rosters
