PK was in the pressbox last night in NJ. The game against Edmonton he made a couple of costly mistakes so they wanted him to watch from above I guess.

Damn, a contract year too. In the past I would think they might make him an offer due to his work ethic and value to the team in the past few years but in the cap era who knows. He might be done there. Damn fine player too.

Yeah PK will probably be playing a bit more than he should at this stage of his career. Weber may be seeing more time too, but hes not so good at defense.

I wonder if they can offer him a small contract, say for $1 million with a big 2 or 3 million bonus if he plays more than 70 games.

I dont see why not. His current contract is 5.75 million so that amount would be off the team next year, so I would think they could make him some kind of offer.
