I agree 100 percent that if Ingram stays in NO then he will likely continue to do nothing. I just was thinking if goes somewhere like Cleveland for cheap i could see Norv making him into something and maybe just maybe a stud! I guess if he goes to Cleveland it would be a good sign in it's own right since Norv Turner really seems to know Rbs.
That's where Ben Tate will end up IMO..................and probably be a bust as he can't seem to stay healthy.

Reggie Bush would disagree, but I agree with your point.

Reggie Bush had great reception numbers in his first year. Ingram hasn't done bupkis.

Sam, you're a waffler.

Lol............sometimes we all can be wafflers..............point is as a Saint I agree: worthless and will probably have a good game or three but good luck figuring out which ones. On another team: Given the chance he could end up a high #3/low #2. Look at LBell..............guy has had a pretty decent year and it has mostly been based on sheer volume. There aren't a whole lot of players I'll draw a line through on draft day! (DMC deserves on this year though).

I don't care if he (Ingram) replaces Marshawn Lynch in Seattle. I will not draft him... ever.

RE: SJax - His age makes me tentative (31 in 2014). But I still like him.

I can say for sure that Gerhart would be on my drop list. Bryce Brown, Todman and Rainey are all interesting...especially Rainey. Guy did pretty well when he was given the chance. Another one who could possibly be a good fit with another team.

Thanks Chef, I got a feeling about Rainey too. Also like sam had said, Bryce Brown is looking to go to a team that wants to use him as the guy and I have been a fan of his since late last year. I could be wrong but his fumbles seem to have limited.

I agree with this.

Gerhart and Ingram are your least talented backs. They should be the drops unless their situations change drastically

2 time MBBRL Champ, thank you for you input sir! My feeling on Gerhart is he will be a free agent after this year and I think he will drawl some interest from teams. That is always exciting to see where a player of yours will land.

I like Brown too, but he always makes me think of those old training camp stories where the head coach (was it Lombardi?) used to make a fumble-prone RB keep the ball with him 24 hrs. a day - eat with it, sleep with it, etc. :laugh3:

Very true. He would have to penciled in as a starter though for me to move him ahead of those other guys, and I don't see that happening.

I could be wrong. Hopefully you don't have to make any decisions before free agency and the draft have settled.
