Ya, that is why we need to add another SP. He gets into these grooves where pitches hang for two innings and just gets lit up. Plus, Blowers said the other night that Elias is on a 170 innings count for the year and he is already at 104.2 plus tonight I believe/

glad i wasn't watching this.

adding more pitching is great, but hitting is still the biggest priority. felix pitching 1 or 2 run ball for nine innings would make zero difference in a game like this since the offense has scored diddly squat.

I think these next 2 games are very winnable, we aren't going to win them all, and this offense is very likely going to get dominated by sale type pitchers, lucky for the M's there are only a handful or two of those out there and we have one. I'm not that worried about this loss.
