Hooplas biggest Cardinals homer.

You know it’s bad when a right handed pitcher intentionally pitches around two right handed batters and goes right after SeagarUgh... I have zero faith in Seager...
I still think Felix could be solid but he needs to learn what he has now and how to use it. the skills are there just not executing in best way.Watching the Rangers vs Royals right now and I tell you I wouldn't mind at all having the M's trade for Colon. One, he kills us most of the time. Two, he just competes and gives you innings. Three, and most importantly, he was a hard throwing guy who learned to pitch late in his career and I think he would be a guy that might be able to get through Felix's think skull and teach him how to pitch when your main stuff is gone.

Seattle won for the seventh time in eight games and played their sixth straight one-run game, going 5-1 in those. They continue to find ways to win and are now 11 games above .500
That is part of it for sure. I think the bigger issue is control/command he isn't putting the pitches on a dime very often. He misses spots by a fuck ton too often. I don't know if he will ever be able to figure it out again but sure sucks right now. He can't be hanging out in t he 5.50 ERA area its too shitty. His off speed pitches just are too close in velocity to his fastball, that's his biggest issue IMO. Back when he threw 97 it was ok, but now that his fastball is in the low 90's a 4-5 mph difference just doesn't cut it. If he could find a way to shave 5-7 mph off his change up, he could still be a decent pitcher.
