France got bumped to cleanup. Makes sense. Bassitt's got to be pretty excited to be facing the M's lineup. Such an easy chance at his first win.

7.71 ERA for opposing pitcher. I am guessing we score 3 total runs with 7 K's.

That got me thinking that we went through this last year as well. So maybe time to find a new way to ramp up spring training is needed.

Yeah, it looks like they reworked tonight’s lineup some I just don’t see much happening shuffling around a few guys

It’s like going to the well with a hole in your bucket

Attached below is last night’s lineup versus tonight. I just don’t see how that’s gonna manufacture anymore runs and we got our top pitcher on the bump.

If we can’t pull out a win tonight, I see us getting swept

Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds waiting for us at home and I’ll tell you what both of them teams are better than the Mariners by far

Cincinnati is a young scrappy team with a bunch of fast guys that run the base as well slap. A lot of bass hits all around the ballpark and a few guys go yard pretty consistently.

Weird stat:

M's pitchers gave up 91 Home Runs on the road last year.

M's pitchers gave up 93 Home Runs at home last year. Marine layer???

That’s just 1.13 HR’s per game

Which really doesn’t sound like a lot to me over the course of 162 game season

When you factor in how few runs the Seattle Mariners score, any home run at any given time has the potential to be the deciding factor in a game that the Mariners play

Little bonus tonight out here in Ohio. The Mariners Toronto Game is the MLB network game of the night.

My prediction for tonight’s game it’s currently 0 to 0 bottom 2nd inning

We’re bound to hit two or three home runs this game. Everyone so overdue all of them probably single run Home runs.

We go yard a few times and still manage to lose the ball game 5-3.

Toronto’s pitcher probably has a hard on a cat couldn’t scratch. Facing the lowly Mariners at home and they’re pushing out a lineup that doesn’t have any teeth at all in it

Kirby is mentally weak. Turns into a total headcase whenever things don't go 100% his way. After the balk he became completely useless. A liability, really. And I'm not basing what I'm saying just off of tonight.

Except..for kerbys..bad..outing..
Now Hancock's..the starting pitching..has..been..
Good...

It..used to.be.score.4 runs.
Or more...and ..you.win..
It's a bit more than that now...

Mariners..shake down .not.
The greatest...
Hopefully....I ..can.say..
Yet..
Not sure where the good is since Castillo loses again, Hancock got lit up again and Kirby looked like ass.

I'm in Pasadena for work; was just in the elevator at my hotel with an M's shirt on (around 4:45... hadn't looked at the game, yet) and a guy asked me if I thought they'd win tonight... I laughed and laughed...

EDIT: to be more accurate, I'm pretty sure I laughed and said "No, they suck"... we went on to chat about how much and why they suck over 2 separate elevator trips.

Score is 5-3 in the 8th

Seattle Mariners with two home runs one of them a single run shot and the other two run home run

Hahaha. NAILED IT !

We scored 1 run off him with 8 K's. I was close. Not that it is hard to predict these fools.
