It's a roll of the dice situation. Trade now maybe get something ok in return or trade Castillo at the deadline and he's on fire and get some solid prospects from a contender or he sucks and get very little in return.Castillo is tied at 50th with Freddy Peralta, Jameson Taillon, Bryan Woo, and Zack Littell in WAR with SP's with 100+ innings. That doesn't scream huge return. I will take one very good bat or two high prospects 2025 ready plus the $24M savings for him.
