aaron levine is one of the only reliable sources of information and informed opinion about this franchise in the seattle area. his observations about payroll should make even the most vapid of "fans" at least raise an eyebrow even if they continue to defend this dogshit franchise.

I literally went into this off-season with zero expectations for this team. I am absolutely not surprised that we haven’t done anything yet.

Funny thing is every year on twitter you have the believers that continue to say "It is still early" in regard to the offseason. I have yet to read that once this offseason. Sounds like you are not alone about not being surprised. Maybe, just maybe, people are waking up to their BS.

Like I said last year was the first year I didn’t have root sports . so I did not watch the Mariners for my first time all season
