Sure, but he wouldn’t have to admit a mistake just by talking about Randy and Robles. Not saying Marlowe was anything special or heck even decent. But if you needed an OF in a pinch cause of an injury I’d take him over Haniger and much before Canzone. But I get to each his own, I’d rather take a speedy good defensive OF in the stable than Canzone.

All the crap prospect guys say about Laz, I point them to Canzone who they tried telling us is a good OF

But with Jerry it is never about what is best for the team. It is what makes Jerry look best. You know that.

I don’t think he will put up fringe MVP numbers for the whole season, but not really sure why he can’t continue his success here. But with how inconsistent Julio is and how Randy seems to just not care at all unless he is on a hot streak, Robles has to be good if they have any prayer to make the playoffs.

IMO they are banking on 3 people that can make or break the season which is Robles, Raley and JP.
