Risk adverse is a much better word IMO than cheap. But on that same note if they aren’t comfortable with 5-10 years then massively overpay on a 2-3 year deal. Instead of 5/100 offer 2/75. Obviously choose the right players but I think there is a myth that players and agents care so much about the stability. All FA gets the no trade clause but you can probably count on one hand how many players actually exercise it.
