It would be Haggerty I would imagine. It isn’t like he is really doing anything for the club except playing way out of position at 1B. I do like the DFA of Wong but unless it is to bring up a 1B like Ford Moore is essentially an upgraded Haggerty. Though I still don’t understand why people talk about him like he is some savior. He and Tom Murphy are two guys I don’t get the love as though they are all stars.

all that money we wasted on La Stella - Wong and Pollack we could have signed any 1 true star that would actually be helping us win right now.

This club steps over $20 dollar bills to pick up nickels. Makes no logical baseball win sense what so ever.

Players in that situation want to do well, and in the case of Teoscar, there's an added benefit of a compensatory draft pick if he refuses a qualifying offer after this season. I'm not defending Jerry, but In the case of Wong, not sure what else a team would've given up in a cash-neutral deal for Winker and Toro. And I'm good with Winker just being gone. Wong's abysmal DRS is another reason I can say I'm not defending Jerry.

Why are Blowers and Sims doing so few games?

Blowers has been sick for a long time now. Remember he missed time late last year and they ever really said why. They did say this time has been ill. They hoped he would be back at the start of the last road trip but that didn't happen.

Sims I guess is doing more radio for some reason. I guess they gave the Goldyboy more air time to stay.

Maybe some good news with Teo. Last May he hit .151 with 1 homer, 8 rbi's before warming up. This year in May he has 1 homer and 8 rbi's. Hitting .273 though.

I actually like Angie. She knows more about the sport than any of the announcers they got outside Blowers.

I'm good with Angie as well. I feel like she's learning when to talk and when not to talk, how to take turns talking, when it's okay to go off on tangents and when she should be locked into play by play. She's gotten quite a bit better at all of that over the past few weeks. She knows the team and she knows the game.
