Marc Staal Has A Concussion

Alain Vigneault has announced that Marc Staal has a concussion. (Rangers)
Early indications are that this concussion is not as serious as his previous concussion.
Staal has conversed with the Rangers concussion specialist in Michigan but no visit is planned as of now.
Staal was hit by Reid Boucher on Saturday night, got up on his own, slammed his helmet in the tunnel and didn’t return.
Vigneault said on Sunday that Staal was dealing with neck issues and feeling some symptoms related to a concussion.

My favorite Rangers I really hope the reports are true and it's just minor and not as serious as the last one. He just can't catch a break.

3:07PM: Alain Vigneault’s comments on Staal were, “doing well…he has been doing off-ice conditioning the last three days. As far as I know he is doing real well. I am not exactly sure what the next steps are but he has been working out off the ice.”
1:25PM: Marc Staal has been doing off-ice conditioning for the past three days and is “doing well.” (Katie Strang and Pat Leonard)
Staal was hit on the chin on Saturday against New Jersey and it was revealed on Monday that he had been diagnosed with a concussion.
