First I’m stunned. I wanted this to happen but when they had a chance to still get in the playoffs. To me it was obvious the team was not working and again to me it was the manager, the players just didn’t respect him. I was hoping this would happen after the season was over.

Maybe I’m over thinking this, but maybe Posey moving back was part of the reason. I mean he may have been in the know about the decision that was upcoming. He might be playing a bigger part in the Giants immediate future.

Basically said once the decision was made they wanted to move on it. Reading between the lines it was the last road trip that sealed Kap's fate. We played the worse when it mattered the most, was the soundbite.

Sounds like FZ went to ownership and made the recommendation, which tells us about the power he has in the organization. Look like a full commitment to FZ
