On a bright side the Penguins have not blown any 1 goal leads in the final two minutes lately.


I don't know why, but this series just feels blah with Pittsburgh losing. Unlike past years when I wanted to go out on the ice and break Kuznetsov's other wing or that Philly series in 2012.

Also at least we had zero expectations for this team. Just imagine we could be the Bolts.

one win is less embarrassing than a sweep. I didn't expect them to go deep in the playoffs, but come-on man...

What would have been less embarrassing is not making the playoffs at all, because we knew what the outcome would be. No one is talking about the Habs right now.

Just think when the Penguins lose it will shut the door on the Caps. Because by-law for the Penguins or the Caps to win the Cup they must play each other in a playoff series.


So there is at least one silver lining.
