Not dense or blinded, i just dont think LSU fans, coaches, players, etc are going to be too happy if they lose in a close game. FWIW i feel like the system has shit on the fans and players yet again.

It's not about how the LSU nation feels. I don't think Alabama should even be there, but this is not the YMCA league. The system is set up for the champion to be the winner of the nc game. The system sucks. Clearly it needs to go to a playoff system. But under this system that is how the champion is crowned. Win the game and you're the champion.
