i would love it if he was... when robinson was the coach, the devils led the league in goals for one year, while playing excellent d.
the man, in my opinion, is a hockey genius.

however currently he may be too mild tempered for the job. cause thats how mac is, and its sure as hell not working for him.

Right, but when the team isn't picking it up it's up to the coach to fix that dilemma, whether it's being stern with them or anything else to enforce some leadership and authority. Maclean isn't doing anything, anything positive.

I'm enjoying it too. I don't have the same hatred for the Devils that I do for the Flyers or anything, but the Devs do win the division with regularity, beat the Pens six times last year, and helped create all the drama during the offseason.

That being said, they'll still make the playoffs.
