About the same as some schmucks mocking a WR or RB to the Steelers in the 1st round...

Most analysts don't care about pressing needs for each team... They want to create clicks & if using controversy to get their stories more talked about then they're accomplishing their goal.

I agree but 1st Rd? Not a chance... They got to the AFCCG without Marty B, so what makes you think they want to spend a 1st Rd pick on a WR?

They were/are a LB/DB away from being SB contenders. But that's going under the assumption they fix that cot damn defensive zone scheme.

HAVE FOURNETTE TO THE JAGS

WHAT ABOUT YELDON AND IVORY
Yeldon (-25.5% DVOA) can ride the bench somewhere because he is nothing special. Ivory (-34.7% DVOA) is a sunk cost. Bortles DVOA was -9.9% for reference in terms of how bad their run game was.

The issue with the Jags is that their entire run offense is a bit of a mess. Id worry that a powerback in Jacksonville might have the same issues as Gurley in LA. Cook would actually make more sense with what Jacksonville does but Cook's combine was somewhat lackluster which in a dumb way might make him slip a bit.

Fournette is a bit like Clowney, Suh, Bosa or Amari Cooper. Nobody is going to pass him up because they dont want to look like an idiot in front of the common sense community. Fournette to the Jags is fairly likely imo.

If I was the Jaguars GM, I'd trade down and take OJ Howard. There is a reason Im not a GM, though.

Hopefully Bell can get his act together before the league comes down hard on him.

opinions are just that, but I saw a mock having the Michigan SS slide to Dallas at 28.
I could get behind that

Still not buyin it... Would be a solid upgrade, but like I've said, if the Steelers didn't want to pay Timmons or Kirkpatrick the $10+mil per then I'm not sure why they'd pay Hightower. I think this is just a ploy to drive up his pricetag with the Pats. Could be wrong though.

Ivory was quite possibly the worst signing last year... and Yeldon has proven useless.

Bortles is useless as well. IMO the Jags should just forfeit all their picks and retire from the NFL.
