Maybe. Every year media heads fall in love with at least one team who they think should be the bee's knees. Last year it was the Bucs. They also ignore a team or two as well. I don't think many people had the Saints doing what they did last year.

Of the teams you mention I think only the Rams and Eagles are legit and the Rams are still on the question mark bubble of sorts. The Saints could also be legit if they stay healthy and get half ass decent play from their defense.

In the draft, let’s say we get a really good rookie at 13...don’t expect our second rounder will be better than Trent Murphy or Spencer Long. Don’t expect anything from our fourth rounder and below.

We have to hit on our two top picks. They need to step in and make an immediate impact. Vea, Payne or Roquan have to be absolute havoc wreckers. If it's Jones, or Johnson, Chubb, Michel, or Guice they have to come in and go for 1,0000. Can Jay's offense scheme it up good enough for the back we draft? That keeps the defense off the field and keeps Smith from having to play catch up.

Losing Fuller hurt. I don't have high hope for Sandrick. Hope I'm wrong. I have no idea what the plan at LG is if NT and RB are the first two picks.

The hope is that we are essentially adding Nicholson, Jordan Reed, Chris Thompson, J. Allan, and Williams at 100%.
