I think it is BS that the fans vote is totally ignored. Doncic got the 2nd most votes in the West behind James and will not make the All-Star team rosters because the prejudice of the coaches and players

Any time you complain about an all star snub you have to say who you would kick out to get your guy in.

The NBA has so few slots that there will always be deserving people left out.

when the fans vote for a player that player should be in automatically. if not then why have the fans vote? basically what is happening is the players and coaches pick the All-star team and the fans are just pissing into the wind with their choices

forget it you don't think the fans should have any say so no matter what I could possibly present would mean nothing to you. the only player in the West that pulled more fan votes than Doncic was LeBron but in your eyes we should have the same 10 players play in every All-Star game. let's just end the voting and let the players pick the teams and instead of calling it the All-Star game we call it the player's choice game

I actually prefer the old way where fan vote counted. But it doesn't matter that much to me either way.

My thoughts:

-So the coaches actually left Butler off, punishing him for the Minnesota ordeal. That's some bullshit imo.

- D'Lo damn well better get Oladipo's injury spot. He's earned it. He's carrying the Nets right now. In fact, he should have made it outright instead of a replacement. I'd put him in over Lowry.

-Thompson shouldn't be in this year imo. One of those spots should have gone to Luka or Mitchell/Gobert.
