Goff's QBR in 3 games so far is 25.7.

Carr did have both stellar and poor stretches.

His last 3 games of the season in his rookie year he had a QBR of 24.76.

Carr also completed 58% of his passes for 204 ypg, and threw 21 TD's.

Again the point is, the Raiders surrounded him with some weapons and protections and he improved vastly!
