Technically they can leave. Davis did it, and then won in court against the big bad NFL. Stan isn't afraid to do what he wants.

No actually they cannot. The rules for relocation are in place now BECAUSE of what Davis did. It will cost ESK 500k a DAY if he moves without NFL approval. It is in the CBA. Plus now that St Louis has a viable fundable option to replace the Dome, he is going to have to wait on the owners to approve a relocation request.

Honestly as a St Louisan a lot of my hopes they leave and we get the Jags, I'm not alone in this either. Khan is far more popular in STL than Kroenke.

That is not going to happen. Khan just announced a proposed 1.7 billion dollar revitalization project of the area around the stadium in Jax which includes stadium upgrades. He is not going anywhere. Plus he has a 20 year lease he only signed 2 years ago.

CONSPIRACY THEORY #2:
Stan Kroenke gets blocked out of LA by the AEG/Chargers/Raiders proposal, sells the team to a St Louis led group and buys the Broncos from the Bowlen family and controls 100% of the Denver market. I can see Mayor Butts face in Inglewood if that happens!!
