Yes he's pathetic. The things he said about St. Louis is unbelievable. Yes that's what he's doing burning all bridges to St. Louis so even if he does get rejected by the LA committee he will still be pushing the Fanbase away here so he can move a soon as he gets a chance. Rumors now if he doesn't get LA he will Build a stadium in Oakland. POS!!! Any normal person can see what he's doing and you know the other owners know exactly what he's doing the question is will the NFL have the integrity to do the right thing and stop him.

Where did you hear that? I hadn't heard of that rumor before. I still think he can get his dream of owning a team in LA if he does an ownership swap with Shad Khan (unlikely but it'd be a win-win scenario for both Khan and Kroenke). It'd probably be a lot easier to approve a move for the Jags than it will be for the Rams (it'd just be a nightmare to try to realign the divisions).

Took advantage of the best lease in NFL history in St. Louis
What made it 'the best lease in NFL history' was the fact that St Louis agreed to provide the Rams with a top tier NFL stadium. One which guaranteed that the stadium's amenities would be maintained in the top 25% of all NFL stadiums, something which the City of St Louis has reneged on since 2004.

So much for taking advantage of the best lease in NFL history!

The Rams pay $250,000 a year at the Ed. That is the cheapest rent by far in the NFL. I know the Vikings pay 8.5 million a year for their new stadium. I know they did some renovations at the dome couple times. New scoreboard and stuff like that. But stans making money hand over fist. Actually when he first moved to St. Louis and got that great deal he was the envy of the league by other owners. that's what started the stadium boom. All the other owner saw the money he was making and wantec the same thing.

It was on the radio today here in St. Louis.

Your right but there was no way to know that so many stadiums were going to be built. impossible to keep up to a new stadium specs. it's a joke. But Stan has never sat in on a meeting about this new stadium.

Oh yeah Stan is a great owner! he has done nothing wrong! Runs a great organization! It's a lame excuse though we have a new stadium ready to go? That he won't even look at.

It seems the three committees for the meeting do not see the St. Louis plan as viable. If so St. Louis is out of the running.

Cougie, do you make this crap up as you go? Why would Kroneke build a stadium in Oakland when he owns the land in LA and has already started construction whether the Rams play there or not. He is building an entertainment complex that may or may not be the new home of the Rams. Some of the stuff you float out there boggles the imagination. Geez, dude, chill.

They were talking about it on the radio this morning I didn't make it up. And that was if the NFL blocked him from going to LA. he could play in Edward Jones Dome until the time is right to move to Oakland. That is why he's burning the bridges in St. Louis because no matter what happens he plans on moving sometime. He wants to keep the Fanbase pissed off here to keep attendance down so he can cry no support. I'm sure he can buy land in Oakland too.

101.1 espn radio. You can probably go to the website and listen to the podcast. It's the Bernie show. It was very interesting radio this today. Stan has St. Louis pissed off beyond belief by the things he said about the city. Just so crazy considering he's a Missouri man.

ESPN. That figures. They are notorious for slamming the Rams at every opportunity they perceive. You need to stop listening to that bunch of left wing goobers who wouldn't know objective sports reporting if is was diagrammed for them.

Well it's an espn channel but it's a local broadcast. So STL people. They were discussing the 29 page letter Stans lawyer wrote about why they want to leave St. Louis. It's unbelievable.

The new stadium plan is NOT ready to go. It includes a $300M loan from the NFL, which they have not agreed to.
