I'm starting to think the Lions just can't for whatever reason figure out how to use star talent. Suh was a beast all on his own despite being coached by jokers for four years. Finally a guy from a legit winning organization comes in (Austin) and properly uses Suh to lead the leagues top D before losing him to Miami.

Calvin hasn't been Calvin in a long time now. I think these stubborn coaches sticking to their game plans conflicts with the guys Mayhew drafts. Why isn't Stafford going downfield? Thought they were supposed to open things up?

Frustrating. I've never felt like Mayhew and the HC's he's hired were always on the same page together.
