Congrats on accomplishments unrelated to college football.

They played cfb for the Gophers and were still winning into the 70s and Bud into the 80s.

Why in the world would I discuss the Oregon women's CC team on the CFB forum in a thread dedicated to how much Minnesota sucks at college football?
I believe Tyrone Carter was awarded the Jim Tatum Trophy in 1999? And the Jim Thorpe Award?

I believe Dan Nystrom had the 8th best FG % EVER in cfb history in 2002?

Kicking stats....when your team can't get into the endzone I guess you have to dig deep to find something (almost) worth mentioning.

I believe Jermaine Mays had something like 5 blocked punts, the most in 2002 and the 2nd most EVER? He finished with the 3rd most career blocked punts, I think?

Chip Lohmiller had the longest FG in 1986 and the longest EVER indoors and the 11th longest EVER in cfb.

The Gophers STILL have several dozen more wins overall than Oregon despite playing a tougher schedule overall than Oregon has played.

Hell, Oregon sucked really bad for a long time, most of cfb history. They got the right idea for a short time and hired a coach Minnesota discarded and he gave Oregon a nice little bump and then they hired a former Gopher player right after that and he also gave them 2 of their better seasons, but then they went back to hiring losers and went back to sucking again. lol.

Last I checked, UMn ranked #13 overall in # of times beating #1. That being 3 times.

In fact, UMn had both the 4th largest winning margin of victory by an UR team vs a #1 ranked team, 16 points, in their 16-0 shut out of #1 ranked Michigan in 1977. They also had the 17th largest margin of victory by a ranked team over a #1 ranked team, 17 pts.

And in 2006, UMn ranked #1 in turnover margin.

Your insecurity shows every time you feel the need to bring up Oregon in the Minnesota thread.

I'm not insecure about anything. Minnesota's accomplishments are far greater than most, including Oregon, and that comparison isn't even close. And where UMn is lacking, such as football accomplishments the last 50 or so years, we've got a very good excuse.

This is the LOL @ Minnesota thread. I don't bring up Minnesota in threads unrelated to them.

You feel the need to bring up Oregon in threads completely unrelated to them.

You don't get out much, do you? You live in your mother's basement? lol

Simple. The accuser/finger pointer/heckler is ALWAYS put on trial. If you can't handle that simple fact, you need to give this up.
