But I offer that the coverage was blown because it was an excellent call and the defense, and the defensive coordinator, was not expecting it and was caught off guard.
The same guy made that call as the calls in the last game.

Yes. One would think that they should understand all the reads before you put them out there, but whatever. It's being taught in some high schools these days. It's not real complicated, for the most part. When it starts getting fuckered up is when reads change vs the same defense but out of different offensive sets. When you are running 50 sets with 50 plays with 50 variations then you run into the confusion on reads.
