Not on my team.
If I added a return specialist he'd get serious consideration though.
Even not considering Haynes' tackling and blitzing ability, he was the best DB in man coverage to ever play the game. Woodson wasn't quite as good in man, but he was extremely good in every facet of the position.

You don't have to tackle if the wr never catches the ball.

Haynes shadowed receivers better than any other DB, Woodson was also excellent in coverage.
They also were superb tacklers and at blitzing.
