Lions Win Loss Prediction Thread.

I went with 8-8 and will eat some serious crow if they make it to 11-5 and chew off a foot if they win the division and go 12-4......

I remember taking a pretty good amount of shit for my prediction on this thread from a lot of the "realists," so it should be fun to go back to the start on this thread and see who ate their words...

I said 11-5 in 2013, I believe. Hope Im wrong the other way this year.

And wrong about heading to Lambeau at 9-6 this year.

The rest was pretty good all right, but a Lions fan predicting a loss to the Bears should be like a Hasidic Jew ordering shrimp cocktail followed by pork roast, while getting a shave.

That made me laugh out loud....good stuff. I was trying to be realistic and actually cautious with my predictions. Soldier field in the winter...against a team with Matt Forte, Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffrey, Martellus Bennett. Even with Cutler as QB did any of us think the Bears would be this bad?

That's 11-5 and the Wild Card behind the Packers. The Lions then face San Francisco at home and win, but lose the NFC Divisional week to the Eagles as they have no answer again for Shady.

In my prediction fantasy world, the mythical Lambeau win put us to 10-6. I didn't say it in my prediction, but I definitely wasn't banking on back to back divisional road wins to finish the season. So you weren't alone taking Da Bears next week.

Im rooting for Fog to be right. He had 12-4, I think.

I didn't boast all summer about how good they are- what I also didn't do, though, is bitch all summer about how much they sucked. Some of the self-anointed realists around here can't handle people who don't bitch and complain all the time.

My record prediction supported exactly where I thought the team was going to be this season- pretty good, but not quite a playoff team. Hopefully they close out strong and continue to prove me wrong on that front...

Lol, all in moderation. Some areas sucked last year, some were strong. This team does look better overall than I thought, though.

The biggest difference I have seen in the team this year vs previous years is in the 4th quarter. We are closing games and coming back when needed. In previous years it seemed the 4th quarter doomed us.

Went to page 13 where we started this June. I am still looking for both cases in this thread.

Seems someone is eating words. This may be the post where someone called you out though.
