See, there it is. Your article says he got cut, in part, for dropping passes with the Bucs dating all the way back to last year's preseason.

You just exaggerated the rest to make it seem like he's worse than he is so you could give us the old "to you so" routine.

Didn't work, you got called to the carpet on it because I had just happened to read that article that I linked that talked about him having dependable hands over the course of his career.

WHO CARES?!?! If you want to get picky. He only had 56 catches over 4 years. Last year was the 1st time he was given the chance to be a starter and he was cut because of drops.

I'm fine with dropping it and all, but I think you're off the mark with Ogletree being 50/50 to make the roster. All the buzz since camp opened suggest that he's pulled away from the pack for the 3rd WR spot after a good showing in OTAs prior to camp.

You listed all of the guys ahead of him, so he won't get a lot of looks like you said, but he's still poised to get a lot of snaps as the #3 WR in a pass-happy offense.

That being said -- you are both right. I didn't read either article, but TP says he has a 4.3% drop rate for his "career" -- So he has had years where he had good hands. jayfan is right -- Ogletree was cut from the Bucs because he couldn't hang on to the ball.

Agreed. He stunk it up with the Bucs, I definitely remember reading about them being quite disappointed with him after making him a primary target in free agency that offseason.

You both win. Now let's get back to talk about how fast Leshoure looks.

Steven Miller looks much stronger than I remember him. If he can avoid the bonehead plays he might make it. Riddick did not look great. Leshoure is playing like he is afraid of getting hurt. Bush we are stuck with. I think Riddick might be legitimately dropping.

Earlier he dropped a pass and did not run well. Its not a huge deal. Only a couple of series. Still The other kids look better.
