if you watch the short clip of it had it been a glancing blow I would have no problem with it but his foot takes a jab up as he's going down,,,that's just not a natural movement when falling

Live and full speed it didn't look intentional. But on slowed down replay you could make a convincing argument he thrusted his leg upwards. Given his rep, he's lost the benefit of the doubt. Suspend his ass.
