Best rush D. Straight up. Blue is in. Who else?

Well I got it here in writing. No TDs given up no avg. per carry, just yards. Correct? If this is the case. Count me in and the bets off to anybody else. I get to change when ever I choose though, if I'm in on the bet.

I have no issue with a bet. Hell, I'd step in on that bet you had with MikeD. Love to see giving you any AVI I like.

Anyone would step in on that bet. Hell -- You could take a dart and throw it at board with all the teams in the NFL and whoever you hit would finish with a better rush defense than Miami.

If Cleveland gives up less than 135 yards tonight -- Miami will be dead last in the NFL.

Correct, but Suh is still a beast who has no supporting cast. Just like he didn't in Detroit many years. You're correct on the Dolphins and way off with Suh.

So you are saying -- Suh left Detroit to sign with the Detroit Lions of 2010-2012 (aka Miami)? I've been saying that for weeks and weeks. Miami even has an overpaid QB and no running game at all.

And I'm also correct on Suh. I'd be willing to wager he won't be an All-Pro this year, after being 1st team 4 out of 5 years in Detroit. Suh is Miami's Mathew Stafford. He has picked up the majority of his stats this year in meaningless moments of the game -- Like getting a run stuff yesterday in the 4th quarter after his team is down by 28. Or getting back to back sacks when his team is up 41-0.

Great player -- but a down year and DEFINITELY not worth the money they are paying him. Miami is going to be grabbing ankles for many years because of that contract.

who has no supporting cast

I'd also like to point out -- the supporting cast he is playing with is the same team as last year. Insert Odrick, instead of Suh. They finished with a top 12 defense.

So you're saying suddenly a guy becomes a nothing? Tannehill is not bad and if you call Lamar Miller having no run game, no need to keep talking.

IMO he don't deserve to be all-pro this season. I've seen man guys not get the accolades season after season.

You sound real foolish spewing on and on about Suh. I remember him being worth 15 million a year but not 20. Your words not mine. So the guy your willing to pay 15 a year, flat out sucks and only gets stats in garbage time and you also were way off base in your own thoughts of what he is worth. Thump away Mike, thump away.

Phillip Wheeler and Ellerbe don't count I suppose. The offense sustained drives last year which keep defenses off the field. Getting in that conversation with you would start to go way deep IMO though. As NFL stats don't reflect that at a click of a finger. Got to really look inside the game for that.

In Austins System he might be worth 10+ mil. I think I was at 12 at 1 point but was getting very uncomfortable around 15. Keep in mind it is more the position then the man too.

I get what you're saying OL. As I also get what MikeD is saying. He brought up the 15 was his ceiling. Spot on with Suh would mean he never goes that high if he knew what Suh was as a player. With salary cap, there will be a day that every position looks over paid and then 3 years later it is the norm.

Garbage time for defensive linemen isn't a thing offensive linemen don't stop protecting there QB and don't stop trying to open running lanes because of the score. On offense you have garbage time because teams will start playing soft/prevent at the end of games.

Can you find this on a stat site? Otherwise no use in trying Stomp.

He has played very well since being 100%. Not Suh level, but has much more push and effectiveness now as opposed to first three games.

Real football fans know this. Stat geeks and purse holders will never get it.

Prob juicing again.
