Only 2 RB in the whole league have more rush TDs than Lamar Miller.

Mikel LeShoure once ran for 9 TD's. Now in his prime -- he gets to watch NFL games from home like the rest of us. I did hear he was looking much faster though.

Detroit only gave up 52 today. So I'm thinking they are going to be lengthening the lead, as Dallas has around 160 right now.

I just hope Miami wins some games so they don't screw up the Lions draft position.

The Lions look to be in the driver seat now. Miami is teetering on the brink of taking over from Cleveland as the worst rush defense in the league. Cleveland has given up 0.2 yards more per game.

PLEASE WIN SOME GAMES THOUGH MIAMI. If they finish with the same record -- no chance Detroit picks ahead of them because it is based off SOS.

You can take whatever you'd like into consideration. Our bet was on the best rush defense. The NFL ranks rush defenses by how many YPG they give up.

Heck -- I'd be willing to bet the total yardage on the 15 Detroit TD's they have given up is less than the total yardage on the 8 Miami has given up. Outside of one long run when the game was over against Arizona -- the majority have been from 1 and 2 yards out.

The best part of it all -- Detroit, who has been the walking wounded all season, is actually ranked 20th overall in total defense. Miami is 26th. That is embarrassing.

That would be awesome. But if we can be serious for a second, the bet is about whose rush D is better. You'll never get me to concede that the Lions (or anybody) giving up the most rush scores this year is better than anyone. Especially when everything else between Miami and Detroit is so close. The Lions will have to show me A LOT more over the rest if the season to believe they're anything but an expansion team going into 2016.

Obviously Miami is a huge disappointment this year, but it's not because of Suh, whose having another Pro Bowl year. I am happily admit I was wrong about Miami. I was wrong about a lot of teams this year. But I wasn't wrong about Suh. It will be up to their next HC to build that D around him.
