Urban was very fortunate to go undefeated this year.......

He showed Bo up now doubt, but he should have lost 3 games and luckily a few teams he played against made enough mistakes for his team to come out on top late in the game.

Great coach though. Very lucky to come into good situations.

So much to say but all I will say again is, if the rolls were reversed you would be bashing Bo.

I bashed Bo several times this season. There are plenty of posts I can dig up as proof of that.

How one can determine that he won't be successful here based on his first 5 seasons though is beyond me. Not to mention his first 5 seasons ever as a head coach anywhere.

I think if he finds a way to run the table next season and one of the BIG name schools came calling he would jump at the opportunity.

Just hypothetically speaking I can see him leaving here for a Florida or a Texas. Maybe even a bit less prestigious school like Notre Dame.

He IS catholic ya know.

I think the 24 hours a day, 365 days a year grind that is Nebraska recruiting is wearing on Bo.

Simple fact is he's just not a very good recruiter. Average to above average. He's probably frustrated because he just can't get ahead. He's missed on dozens upon dozens of prospects and in this day and age you can't afford to do that. Especially when you're gambling on "diamonds in the rough".

He probably yearns for a school where the top flight kids are right in his back yard and he can focus on the coaching side of things.

He could also just say fuck it and try for a DC job in the NFL, though there are maybe two teams in the league playing the 2 gap, both of which suck. No one plays it anymore.

I don't see Bo moving on, unless it would be to the NFL.
