adding OU and Okie Lite would be pretty sweet.....

I don't think OU moves without Texas, actually.......they want to keep the rivalry, and they know that for most of their history, their profits have come from their affiliation with Texas.

Right now I think OU and Texas are pretty tight at the AD level. Both are getting what they want, and have no reason to go anywhere.

What bothers me right now is this recurring theme that they want to stay at 10 teams. That kind of thought process is pretty bad, it shows they are content with not growing and getting better. FSU and Clemson/GT would jump in a second if they had a viable way out of their buyout and a B12 invite. 10 teams is not good for the short and longterm of the B12.

Volbound, why do you think the SEC would take State over Carolina?

Also, if conference commissioners thought VT would bring the DC and Virginia market wouldnt they already be in the B1G?

SEC would take UNC over NC State but I don't see UNC leaving without Duke. UNC would be a great fit in SEC (in fact when I was a kid I use to think UNC was in the SEC for some reason lol).

I wouldn't mind that at all. Duke fits well with Vandy as an academic school. Having the Duke, UNC, and UK combo for basketball would be great, especially with an up and coming Florida team. That would give the SEC 4 Basketball powers (5 if Arkansas can ever get back to their 1990s level).

Clemson will get blocked by SC, UF, UGA, aTm, UK, and any other schools that don't want their in-state rivals to be brought in. This means no Ga. Tech, FSU, Clemson, Louisville, etc.....
