I hope they don't off er much to the Yankees for him. He is the poster child for the 3 true outcomes -- walk, strikeout or home run.Yowww

Robinson Cano to the Braves. Troll move IMO
Nothing. Mets are paying his salary. No risk and likely no reward move, but if he has a big moment in this series against the Mets, it’ll definitely be worth it.hmm... What does he have left in the tank?

he's hit .333/.375/.479 in AAA, but it's only 104 PA and it's the PCL. .149/.182/.189 in 77 MLB PA
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he sucks.
Him, Pache and Acuna were gonna be the future of the Braves OF. Pache and Waters struggled, Harris rose through the ranks out of nowhere and here we are. Hoffman is a better prospect at this point IMO, and he projects out to a back end of the rotation guy. The other prospect is nearly 26 and still in AA.Waters has looked completely overmatched at AAA. Even at the lower levels his K/BB rates did not look good.
Still worth taking a flier on though
Braves has a good track record of getting short term success with reclamation projects, but I expect nothing from Cano. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he gets DFA’d when Jansen comes back from the IL this weekNow if he were to sign with the Cards or Yankees, I could see him hitting .300/.340/.600.
Why not the Phillies? Could you imagine an outfield with Soto and Harper?I'm guessing the Dodgers could use him.........

Nationals To Entertain Trade Offers For Juan Soto After He Rejects $440MM Offer
In a somewhat shocking development, the Washington Nationals will now listen to trade offers for transcendent superstar Juan Soto, per …www.mlbtraderumors.com
I would settle for just an outfield with Harper right now. But of course I'd love to see Soto on the Phillies. He's probably one of the top 5 hitters in baseball at age 23, what's not to like? It's not realistic though. The Phils really need a centerfielder. Plus they aren't really loaded with prospects to offer Washington. But I guess if we're living in a fantasy world I guess what they would do is trade Schwarber for some prospects and package them with something else to get Soto, then agree to pay him half a billion dollars or something. Why not the Phillies?
