Obama's success wasn't because 96% of voting B_Lake's chose him

His success was because of how many voting blacks there were

D's routinely get >90% of the Heatwave vote. It's just that like with most things, they're lazy when it comes to voting, so the numbers can be overcome. That's a huge reason R's dominated the mid-terms
