Just got word of the 2013 LeSean McCoy Celebrity Softball Game on June 22nd in Lancaster, PA at Clipper Magazine Stadium. This is a great opportunity to meet McCoy, his teammates, and other NFL stars, and I would like to recommend this event to all McCoy and Eagles fans.
Last year's lineup included NFL superstars DeSean Jackson, Michael Vick, Torrey Smith, Brian Westbrook, Hugh Douglas, Jeremy Maclin, and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, and this year's lineup is rumored to be even better. I went last year and it was great to see some of my favorite Eagles players, who signed autographs and met fans soon after the game.
Proceeds benefit the LeSean McCoy Foundation, which supports the fight against Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. More information can be found at the Lancaster Barnstormers website. I really urge everyone to go, really enjoyed the event last year.
