I did not see this trade coming. If Alonso is truly a stud then I am happy with the trade.
We got rid of a 4.6 yds/carry guy, and 1,450 yds avg the last two years. wtf. I don't see what all the attaboy, Chip, back pats are all about. Yeah, I can't wait to see the divine plan. I tell you, this trade sucks.
I tell you his production was down 33% last year, and Kiko Alonso is a Stud young LB.....I tell you with the 10 mill we are saving we will sign a Huge impact free agent. I tell you running back is the easiest position on the team to fill.We got rid of a 4.6 yds/carry guy, and 1,450 yds avg the last two years. wtf. I've heard a lot about what Shady can do for Buffalo, but I'm more interested to see what Kiko does to help Philly. Drafting a CB in the 1st round (i.e. Trae Waynes) and a HB in the 3rd or 4th round (i.e. Tevin Coleman, David Cobb or Ameer Abdullah) would, in theory, fill the rest of their remaining holes. All that's needed is a dominant pass-rusher for this team to have talent at every level of the offense and defense. For that, they could bid on someone like Jerry Hughes. It wouldn't hurt to bid on someone like Devin McCourty or Byron Maxwell in free agency too, but it's not crucial.
Opinions?
U see the glass as half empty, sum of us see it as half full
He also missed only 5 games over those 6 years & among the 7 RBs I listed above, McCoy had the fewest fumbles as well.
Just saying...Chip better not fuck this up. He just traded away a great RB. Who has HOF potential.

Reports coming out that we offered McCoy for either Alonso or Robert Woods. The Bills chose to part ways with Alonso.
