I finally got time to fill out all the forms that they needed, they took their sweet time about getting me a welcoming notice then I got held up a day or so until a mod got around to putting me on the list of people who can post.

I think the Leafs make it to the playoffs then lose in 4.

That's the thing, this team can't even tank right, Bernier and Kessel are probably enough to prevent a last place finish. Best chance is probably a Reimer trade for nothing that helps next year, an appropriately dogshit backup goalie signing (Brodeur?) and a relatively early Bernier injury. Even then it still might not be enough.
