As much as I disagreed with the draft pick at the time, especially because I didn't think we needed another "next Mike Richards" center which seemed to be the only type of player we targeted, I LOVE the pick now. Looks like he's going to be a stud. And in the coming years if we ever decide to move Schenn or Coots we have a great center who could fill in

I would still like Maatta, but Laughton has really grown on me too. Having both Laughton and Couturier down the middle shutting teams down defensively is going to bring a tear to my eye.
