And while I do somewhat enjoy that, the overall message was that considering how hard it is to come out of the dumpster, we've done really well in the first 4 years but we're still missing that signature moment. But throwing the baby out with the bathwater would turn us into Tennessee.

There are plenty of UoM/Harbaugh signature moments, it's just that they all make your coach and program look like a fucking joke, so you ignore them.

Then he was a successful QB coach in the NFL for 2 years, then he came to OSU and helped revived JT Barrett's career in 2017 and while full-time OC coached a record-breaking QB in 2018, while going 3-0 as HC for 3 games.

Yes the post discusses experience but you only focused on age in what I quoted. My post stands.

Harbaugh needed a transfer QB from a benched player in Iowa to even succeed in year one. We didn't have a healthy roster. And when he left, we had a single 3 star QB on roster who somehow we still did OK with. Our offensive line was in shambles, we were playing like 3 freshman. It's taken a second to fix those things through recruiting.

Maybe Harbaugh should stop making quarterbacks into tight ends when he is so short on QBs and he should making offers to the #1 quarterback recruit in the country who grew up an hour from Ann Arbor, grew up a Michigan fan and wanted to play for Michigan.
