This barely qualifies as news. Its been an inevitable event just waiting on the day to come around. Finally USC can find a good coach and begin to heal, its more fun when USC is the USC of old.
yes, hence - no stressLol. Didnt they have a bye?
Wow, its hard to believe he was at USC that long.
This is the best Sunday morning I've had in a long time. Thank you Pat Haden!
that man leaves a dumpster fire everywhere he goes....
who's gonna hire him.....?
Not sure this is a good thing, in terms of the timing. I've never really seen good outcomes from firing a coach mid season. You get rid of a bad coach, but you also send a message to all potential HCs that this is what awaits them as well.
They're doing it for recruiting purposes. They were basically holding themselves captive with him because recruits had no interest in playing for him.
Wow! Kiffin got left behind?
Kiffin is that guy. His jilting of Tennessee and all the players he and his Orange Pride hostesses sweet-talked into becoming Volunteers is distasteful. The school gave him a big break, and he broke athletic director Mike Hamilton's ankles sprinting out of town in just over a year. Once again, loyalty is for suckers in the realm of college coaching.
