After almost 20 games this year...LA is more valuable to the Blazers than Kevin Love would be. Plenty of rebbies to be had from others on the club rather than LA and his point production as a go to guy are outstanding.

He still needs to improve DEFENSIVELY.


He has went from a complete defensive liability to "merely adequate on his best day".


He is not as bad as Griffin and Love, but he is still well below average.


But since most NBA power forwards are moving towards "no defense" I guess that doesn't hurt as much in comparison to others.

I didn't know they even tried to play defense in NBA. All I see while watching a game is a O guy missing a wide open shot and latter the announcers called the miss a good defensive play.

I love Lamarcus, but I think that he's the 2nd best Power Forward. Anthony Davis is the best (I don't know whether they still play him at PF, but he's eligible at PF in fantasy basketball, anyway). Lamarcus probably has the best turnaround jump shot in the league, though.

I guess it is just matchups, but Love was a lot easier to guard for us.
